This class meets at the Bethesda Sr. Center in Lawrenceville, Ga, every Tuesday morning. The lectures include Eating 4 Your Blood Type, Food Combining, Inner Architect ~ a Holistic Nutrition Therapy & Zoe 8. Linda Skvakra,MS,CCN,a Human Nutritionist teaches the class. Linda is a delightful & insightful mentor who is ready to share her own life experiences. She relates her struggles with weightloss & emotional eating as she takes the students through the nutritional learning process.
How To Use This Blog

*To View the Image Larger---Click on the picture and it will allow you the see it bigger. In this larger view, you can save it to your computer so you can print it later.
*To save it to your computer---make the picture larger then -Right Click on the image. A pop-up will appear,
Choose: Save Picture As...
This will take you to your computer's files, just open the file you want to put your image in, rename and then hit SAVE!
*How to Print---Right Click on the image so a pop-up will appear.
Choose : Print Picture.
You will see your printer screen, check the print preview to make sure the image isn't too small. You might want to save it to your computer so the picture can be made bigger.
*How To Copy Text---Use the Curser to highlight desired text, then Right Click.
A pop-up will appear.
Choose: Copy
Minimize the site and go to your Word file and open. Then you can "Paste" the copied text where you want it!
*How to Leave a Comment---At the end of each article is some turquoise blue text. Next to the date is the comment area. Click on the tiny envelope to leave a comment. Please do that-we need your feedback to improve.
*How to Read the Comments---At the end of each article, next to the Turquiose Date, is the word "Comment". Click on the comment word and it will take you to the comments area.

*How to use Lables and Tags---When you scroll down the right hand side of the blog, in the olive green side bar--- there is site information. Look for the heading: Labels and Tags. This blog allows the author to add decriptive words to the bottom of each post(Turquiose Blue), along with placing the post into categories. Each descriptive word is a tag and is linked leading to an index listing all of the posts associated with that tag. Think of it is a Table of Contents or an Index. The number next to each Tag, is the number of posts or articles that are associated with this word. If you are looking for information about veggies, just click on the Vegetable Tag and it will bring up all the posts for you to scroll through. When you are done, use the back arrow to go to the main page of the blog.
